“The SSSFT Research and Innovation Department boasts an experienced and dedicated research team who are working on both academic and commercially sponsored studies. This is to help develop a strong research culture among health professionals, enabling them to make the best clinical decisions for their patients, supported by the best evidence based practice. The research department is also dedicated to collecting information which will assess current treatments and practices in healthcare. The ultimate aim is to be able to develop better practices and new treatments for patient conditions in the future. The research team are currently recruiting for a number of studies, both dementia and more general mental health based studies.
